Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems.

• Work with large datasets to extract meaningful insights and improve model accuracy.

• Optimize algorithms for efficiency and scalability in production environments.

• Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to integrate AI solutions.

• Stay updated with the latest AI/ML advancements and apply them to real-world applications.

• Lead research initiatives and mentor junior AI/ML engineers.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development.

• Strong knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

• Experience with NLP, computer vision, or deep learning frameworks.

• Proficiency in working with structured and unstructured data.

• Understanding of MLOps practices, model deployment, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PhD or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.

• Experience in AI-driven SaaS platforms or automation tools.

• Knowledge of edge AI, federated learning, or reinforcement learning.
